Examkrackers is currently seeking a Regional Coordinator.
Job Responsibilities:
Growth Develop and implement business strategies whereby our courses expand into new locations and enroll more students.
Recruitment Interview, hire, and oversee employees, including Local Coordinators and Instructors.
Training Develop the skill sets of the staff in the areas necessary to run successful courses.
Employee Relations Daily involvement with all levels of the organization to resolve employee related issues and enhance the workplace.
Administration Oversee daily details such as payroll hours and other tasks, as necessary.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have
A bachelors degree or higher.
At least two years experience in managing others.
Project management experience.
Experience in teaching, test preparation, or education administration.
A high degree of motivation and attention to detail.
The ability to work independently from home.
Strong written, listening and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Compensation:
$35,000 per year.
