Help Desk Analyst / Client Support / Administration / Receptionist

I started my career at United running many types of printers and Xerox machines.
I was Supervisor of Operations for 6 months. I was then promoted to Head of the Training department. I designed, created, and implemented comprehensive formal
classes and one-on-one sessions relating to software/hardware operation to trainees
from SFO and Chicago.

I also taught Word, Excel, and Outlook to new team members saving company money.

For the last 8 years, I was the lead of the Customer Call Center/Help Desk for the
IT Department and Aircraft Maintenance. In a large client intranet/internet environment,
I performed as a liaison between mechanics, Systems, and Applications staff, resolving
problems by coordinating software/hardware upgrades, testing new products and training.

I was responsible for monitoring in-coming calls, documenting each one, resolving the
situation and filing the resolution in the online database. Searching and updating
databases were also part of my daily functions.


I am upbeat, stable, flexible, eager, enthusiastic, and willing to solve all types
of problems with little or no supervision. I love working and meeting all types and levels of diverse people.
