BIDDER REGISTRATION AND TERMS OF AUCTION: All bidders must be registered prior to start of auction with $10,000.00 in cash or certified funds made payable to Fidelity Title and Escrow and lenders letter of credit or verification of funds for balance of sale price. Winning bidder will be required on March 23, 2006 to execute a standard purchase agreement with NO CONTINGENCIES and close of escrow on or before April 22nd, 2006. Buyer will be required to make an additional payment bringing the total deposit/earnest money to 10% of the total purchase price on auction date. There will be a buyers premium of 10% which will be added to the successful high bid to determine the purchase price.
