Description Highly active environment with senior commercial real estate agents and property management division.

* Must have confident and fluid phone skills as you will be the front-line for all new client relations. Excellent communication skills, pleasant phone personality and a take charge nature are a must. Real Estate experience favorable, but not necessary. A positive attitude and the willingness to learn new skills is a must.

Primary responsibilities will include: multi-line telephone and visitor reception, general office management, office supply purchasing, maintenance of leads database and marketing materials, maintain & adjust current filing systems, updating website database and keeping agents organized and proactively prepared. Sending of bulk emails and monthly updates.

Required Skills:

Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Operational experience with a scanner, printer, fax and copier. Trouble shooting skills in these areas also helpful.


Preferred Skills:
MS Publisher
Frontpage/ web site design
ACT Database
Knowledge of WIN Forms & Costar a plus, but not needed.
Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop.

This is a permanent full time position M-F ,
Annual Salary Package + possibility of periodic Bonuses
