Damn. Looks like there's a new RnR here between Koreans and Filipinos. Why??? Instead of throwing shots at each other I think we should be DATING each other instead! Hey...like I said in my earlier post, I'm dating a filipina right now and she's been good to me but everyone disregards it and goes straight for the shit talkers.
All I can say is, I'll take a hot Filipino or Korean girl. Race doesn't matter, as long as we have similar personalities and view life in the same light. The problem with MOST filipino AND Koreans is that they don't want to date outside their race. Both groups have strong sense of pride, and so they roll deep usually being the same mix. Koreans with Koreans, Filipinos with Filipinos, and every so often you'll see a token non-filipino hangin in there like me. Hey Filipinos and Koreans should be empathisizing with each other since we both got fuct by other super powers.
But also both groups have their strong tastes and preferences as to who they find attractive. For instance, I haven't had much success with filipino women anymore because they tend to like BALD guys with earrings, tattoos, and a little thug or ghetto attitude or at least they front like it.
Korean women on the otherhand, I can't say because I don't really go for Korean women anymore. They seem kind of bland to me. They're SUPER Christian which pisses me off because I get shit for it from other Koreans not being an avid church-goer. They're also not into hip hop culture and urban music all that much, at least they don't appreciate how some of the best music came from the ghettos.
For instance, I'm going with my girlfriend to see a New Jack Swing concert up in Oakland in April. How many Korean girls are going to know about New Jack Swing? How many Korean girls are going to know who Guy is? I can say zero or close to none. Find me one and I'll talk to her anyday...hahaha. Something like that is a big deal to me because I grew up on that shit. But not only that, Korean women usually only want to do Korean things, Korean music, Karoke, Drinking, etc.
And I say this with strong conviction because I see it. Just being real, so don't tell me I'm being racist because its what I see. Its not like I don't have my generalizations about my own race, Filipinos, or any other race for that matter. We all do it. How many times do you see somebody of a particular race and the first explanation that comes to mind is their race?
So I say embrace it but don't let it fog your judgement when it comes to the individual. Everyone has SOME bit of uniqueness at the core, we're not all zombies. And if you are, then jump off that fucking bandwagon already and do something that you want to do because you like it, not because its "the in thing"
