She told you she was 16. You know the law. All you had to do was say, "No thanks" and maybe discourage her from internet connections with older guys. You may have no control over what she does, but you do have control over what you do. If she persisted all you had to do was block her email. But, instead, you chose to continue on, even after the conversation escalated into sexual come-on's.

I would be suprised if the didn't. It amazes me that it is against the law to entice or encourage someone to commit a crime yet these so called police spend inordinate amount of times doing just that. It's one thing if someone is posting asking for illegal sex; but to post as a minor inorder to induce someone to reply is entrapment, regardless of what the police say.

Responding to my ad was someone who eventually claimed to being 16 year old girl (with pics) and I told her we could not have sex I would talk to her. After lots of pretending to be shy, the sexual come-on escalated and something was not right, either a gay guy or a cop was at the other end. I called his bluff. First he said he has been stroking his cock to my pics, then said, "You would be dealt a tough blow liberal faggot....we got you on Meagan's law....predator."
Can anybody confirm if there are cops here or just crazies harrassing people or a gay man covering his butt, no pun.
Can cops try to trap people like this, steal pictures to use, and use hate speech? Has anyone been harassed like this?
