I would like to know what Cal Tran’s official policy is on these garbage sites. As others I can see that the Mexicans in their customs want to put up some memorial of where some drunk plowed into a tree, but after 30 days I would consider this a nuisance. What would happen if anyone who wanted placed an old refrigerator on the side of the road? You would get arrested for littering, so what's the difference between a cross, candles and misc garbage and that of someone’s old couch on the side of the road. After all, people want to separate Church and State right? They want to take God out of everything, so why not take the crosses out of the right of way on the highway? One mans cross is another mans garbage.....right?
If they want to keep their customs then they should return to the great county of Mexico, no, yes?
But that's just my opinion.
