This is a one day a week role as independent contractor. You need to know Quickbooks and have experience and training as a bookkeeper with a basic understanding of accounting principles of debits/credits and how they deviate from Quickbooksfrom time-to-time.

The job is to prepare aging schedule on accounts payable (A/P), write checks/pay bills, reconcile bank account, maintain updated records on accounts receivable (A/R), deposit checks and deliver to Treasurer balance sheet as of last day of each month on a cash and accrual basis. Payroll withholding is currently done through Quickbooks, but since there are only three employees on payroll, we would like you to do the entire payroll. You need to pay Local, State and Federal taxes on wages, monitor worker's comp insurance and administer the existing health insurance plan.
