We are an Interior Design firm based in San Ramon. Our speciality is decorating model homes in the SF and Sacramneto areas. We need a purchasing clerk to place furniture, art, lamp, accessory orders with national vendors. You will work closely with the Interior Designers to complete orders and track the delivery.
You will be responsible for data entry of the purchase order, placing the order with the vendor either by phone or by fax, and tracking the order to assure timely delivery.
Good computer skills are required. Excell experience a plus.
Data entry, good communications skills, and good organization skills are necessary.
The position is in San Ramon.
Work schedule is 8:15a to 5:15p Monday - Friday.
