Stanford Dermatology is conducting a clinical trial of a novel natural anti-inflammatory cream in psoriasis.
Subjects must be
- either gender, any race
- age 18-80 years of age
- clear diagnosis of mild-moderate plaque type psoriasis
- subjects must have involvement of two comparable sites
- willing to discontinue all psoriasis treatments: topical medications for 2 weeks and oral medications for 4 weeks prior to beginning the study cream.
Subjects may not participate if they:
- are female who are pregnant or breast feeding
- are immunocompromised or using immunosuppressive agents.
- have concurrent skin disease that would interfere with study evaluation
- are using UV treatments, hypnotics, or sedatives.
- are participation in another research study with investigational treatment or therapy during the time of this study.
- have any other condition, prior/present treatment, or situation that, in the investigator's opinion, should render the subject ineligible for the study.
