Vice President, Events
* Reporting to the President of the company, the Vice President of Events is responsible for all elements relating to the live production of The Jeep King of the Mountain World Professional Championships. This made for television series is recognized as the Professional Championships of ski, snowboard and mountain bike racing. There are a total of seven events each year, resulting in nine hours of network television content. The primary broadcast network has been CBS.
* Accountable for all staff and their respective duties within the Events Division including: Operations, Hospitality, Sponsor Liaison, Competition Management, Accounting, Public Relations and Promotions.
* Specific duties include: setting annual event calendar, managing team of 3 full-time managers and 15 contract employees, creating and managing annual budget of close to $2 million dollars, event creation including concept, format, rules, prize money, etc., athlete management, sponsorship fulfillment, venue evaluation & acquisition, input and guidance for all PR & promotional efforts, venue design, day to day liaison to all sponsors and their respective advertising agencies, liaison to Producer of television show, stage management and choreography of live event, oversight of all client hospitality, etc

* Responsible for the day to day management of two of Visa’s high profile sponsorship properties, The National Football League and The Visa Triple Crown.
