Gateway Learning Group, Inc. is a California certified Non-Public Agency. We provide intensive behavioral intervention to young children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders. In addition, our staff provides consultation to families and school district personnel related to structuring the home/school environment, developing behavior intervention plans, facilitating social interactions, teaching communication skills, promoting independence and the use of visual supports.
Position Available: Program Consultant
Responsibilities: Provide direct supervision to our ABA Tutors, design curriculum, monitor data/progress, facilitate trainings for school staff and families, conduct Functional Behavior Assessments, and develop positive behavior support plans.
Qualifications: Thorough understanding of typical child development; minimum 3 years experience working with young children with developmental disabilities; direct experience and training as a behavioral therapist; well-versed in a variety of behavioral therapy techniques; MA in Special Education, Psychology or CA Sped teaching credential.
Part-time and full time positions available.
On-going supervision provided by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Excellent opportunities for professional growth.
