Hi,
I need a temporary place to stay for about a month or two while I try to stabilize my housing situation.
My landlord has severely botched the remodel he started on the place I currently live in SOMA making it unliveable for me.
I need a single room to crash in while I get myself organized, get stuff in storage and plot the move to a longer-term, more stable place(I am SO done with the current landlizard).
I've been living in SF for about 8 years, love The City and work downtown as a Linux geek.
I'm omnivorous, don't smoke, don't drink, no drugs, no drama, am unencumbered by children or pets, LGBT-friendly. Geeky, but housebroken and with social skills. I've done quite a bit of traveling around the world and am well-versed in being low-impact and packing light.
I work during the day and into the evening. I have friends, activities and organizations around the City that keep me busy. I'm not NEVER home, but do tend to be out and about more than not.
I'm essentially looking for a room with a door and hopefully Internet access.
A futon or bed would be nice, but I can supply my own if I have to.
It would basically be me and a modicum of stuff(clothes, laptop, etc.)
Looking to pay $700-1100 for a month depending size/location/facilities.
