RKI Instruments, a growing and innovative gas detection company located in Union City seeking a Mechanical Technical to join our Production Team.
Duties:
- Assembling and testing gas detectors.
- Design and make fixtures and jigs.
Skills/Knowledge:
- 2+ years of electromechanical, PCBA, manufacturing process and assembly experience
- 1 year of Electronics coursework is preferred.
- Machine shop experience is preferred.
- Able to operate power tools, drill press and lathe.
- Able to read assembly drawings, interpret schematics and technical notes.
- Able to work in a fast paced demanding environment.
