Job Description
As Product Manager you will act as the “product-CEO” of the eCommerce & Game Downloads business on iWin.com. You will work with the game studio to define and optimize pricing models and payment options. You will also be responsible for all eCommerce and game download products throughout the execution cycle, including: gathering product requirements, defining product vision, creating preliminary design concepts, and working closely with the game studio and engineering to implement and iterate.
You will collaborate with peers in marketing and product development to identify key issues, conceptualize and model consumer behavior, deliver analyses and provide critical business recommendations as a result of those analyses. You must also have the ability to interact with and influence management and contributors at all levels of the organization. We are looking for an individual who can challenge conventional approaches and think outside the box.
Responsibilities and Essential Functions Include:
•Draft requirements documents for all eCommerce and downloadable games products and services.
•Create project plans for all products and manage schedules and timelines.
•Research marketplace for downloadable games (including; user experience, vendors, and competitors to determine the right product features).
•Lead product positioning and pricing strategies.
•Integrate marketing and sales reporting and analytics tracking for appropriate features.
•Create new consumer promotions for our product offerings.
•Measure, test, position and promote our product offerings.
•Drive product design process for eCommerce and Game Downloads products.
•Create and manage product roadmap for specific features.
•Monitor competitors and casual games industry trends.
•Manage focus group testing and user surveys for pricing.
•Review customer’s purchase experience and make recommendations to increase conversions and sales.
Qualifications:
•A love for eCommerce and/or digital distribution.
•Must be a team player, able to work both independently and interact with executive management and other staff members
•Entrepreneurial drive with proven track record of product innovation and delivery in a fast paced environment.
•Willingness to go outside of job description to get things done.
•3+ years of web product marketing experience, preferably in an e-commerce, web community or direct marketing company.
•Creative, customer-focused approach
•Out of the box thinker that will generate unique ideas and solutions
•Experience with analytic segmentation, statistical modeling, financial modeling, web marketing measurement and site analysis.
•Passion for analyzing products, customers and market dynamics.
•Strong organizational and analytical skills.
•BA or BS degree.
