I was responsible for maintaining documents and files, managing and fundraising, imputing information and aids in maintaining database. Processed reservations for various events and completed all other duties assigned. Sourced, evaluated and executed on new partnerships with online lead generation companies. I also negotiated deals that delivered consistent revenues. Ensured successful delivery to partner long-term relationships with clients and vendors to grow account revenues and manage external and internal resources. I used my strong oral and written communication skills to complete all necessary tasks. Also, I used my strong knowledge of online advertising and internet marketing as well. Finally, I utilized my ability to manage and motivate self and business analytical tasks. In the summer I was the Cub Scouts and Girl Scouts Day Summer Camp Director. I oversaw all recruitment and operations for the children in the program.
4C’s Menus Coordinator
On a monthly basis I was responsible for reporting ratio of children in a daycare, meal portions, qualities, age appropriate, quantity and healthy menus to Choices 4 Children. I had to make sure the daycare was serving age appropriate meals and nutritious meals. I had to assign the reason r persons who would prep the meals and oversee them. I would also double check the stock to make sure that the menu I created is realistic. I passed all of the Santa Clara County Office of Childcare Facilities and Choices 4 Children random pop-in inspections that made sure I was following all Health and Safety Laws.
