Minimum 3 years on-the-job experience

The ideal candidate(s) for these position will provide an advanced (journeyman) level of skills in the assembly, installation, maintenance, remodeling, repair and servicing of Plumbing or HVAC systems according to specifications and local codes. They will be expected to maintain good customer relations and apply technical skills and knowledge of industry standard and mechanical codes to all their work. Knowledge of local and national mechanical code is required.
