In this role, you will recruit, manage a network of professional relationships with client families and candidates. You will be responsible for qualifying candidates through personal interviews and identifying a "great fit" between qualified candidates and families. Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
Strong assessment skills. Great listener;
Proficient computer skills;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Deep commitment to Customer Service a must;
Experience working with children and sophisticated clientele is a plus;
Good sense of humor and a great attitude.
