This is for new and experienced photographers, we are looking to bring someone in ASAP, so we will show the space this week. We would like to thank the photographers who came in last week to look at the place, decision will be made soon.
The trade is that we would refer your photography services to all talent and models coming to the agency looking for a photographer. Several talent come in looking to get headshots and composite cards taken.
Rent is $600 per month and that would only be if you make that much with our referrals, otherwise, we would be able to work something out on a case by case basis. You are also welcome to book all your shoots with your current or new clients in the studio. Free to shoot whatever.
We are a local talent agency, licensed, in San Francisco close to Union Square renting out a space for your photography business. It is perfect for a medium sized studio set up as the last person renting it had a full studio in there, there are also a lot of great places to shoot models outside the office. You will be sharing the office with a talent agency and travel agency.
The studio has brick on one side with 2 windows as well as a large size closet to store materials. You can also put several backdrops in there with your desks, computer, and printers.
We are looking for a photographer who is friendly, clean, and has a professional manner when doing photo shoots.
The agency is 5 blocks away from Union Square/Shopping Area, Cup O Joe's coffee shop across the street, 2 parking structures, and plenty of street 1 hour parking. Several small restaurants and shops walking distance.
