Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Concord has an immediate opening for an entry level Personnel Coordinator. This is a full-time position with an excellent benefits package and an opportunity for growth and promotion. Examples of duties include: conducting pre-screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, developing an understanding of the hiring needs of each department, conducting new employee registration, and attending local career fair events.
No experience is required. The ideal candidate has a professional appearance, the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, minimum one year experience in a general office position, and a strong desire to succeed.
