If you're just looking to get ripped like some joker you saw on MTV, or if you're an aspiring anorexic, you can quit reading now. If you're a genuine person with healthy motivations, continue on!
I'm a practical personal trainer/coach. I don't believe the hype in Esquire or Cosmo, and I encourage you to do the same.
Here, in the real world, we live like actual humans with jobs, houses, kids, and all that stuff. Most of us don't actually aspire to be Angelina Jolie or Lance Armstrong. We just want to be a better version of ourselves, and we want to have fun doing it.
That's about healthy choices and smart, immediately attainable goals. That's about doing what you like. That's where I come in.
Of course I can get you into a gym and help you keep at it. And of course I can show you some great techniques that make you feel great. But that's not the best I can do, and I'm going to give you my best.
I'm going to help you build a personal program that really fits in with the rest of your very real and sometimes hectic, complicated life. I'm going to help you learn how to integrate personal health and fitness into your daily living. I'm going to help you put first things first so you can see what you truly need to do. I'm going to show you how to recognize the signs of success that start the very second you take action on your own behalf. I'm going to help you attain a better state of being that is happening all the time in your average (or not-so-average) life--not some rote routine that can only happen if you go to a special place and use special equipment.
More than anything else, I'm going to show you that developing fitness is primarily a mental endeavor. Your increased flexibility, strength, stamina, energy, and sense of well-being is the physical evidence that you are succeeding in making your health a central focus in your life. And that's what will keep you in the game long enough to see the major payoffs.
Oh, and by the way, you'll look way better and more attractive too--just in case you happen to be interested in that sort of thing.
If I seem tough and hard-core here, it's because I'm going to be absolutely honest and frank with you from the get-go so I can help you to get where you want to go. But be warned, I'm dead serious about enjoying my work and showing you the real joy of becoming healthier. So if you're convinced you need to feel bad in order to get better, we're going to have REALLY good laugh about that.
I've been doing this my whole life and I'm ACE trained. I have awesome references and recommendations, so I haven't needed to get a website.

I charge $50 per hour and I'll do some travel for no extra. I offer significant discounts for couples, families, groups, seniors, and students. I also will give you one free hour of service as an appreciation gift for every client you refer.
