The ideal candidate is someone with technical proficiency, a high level of initiative, and strong financial and computer skills. Flexibility, expert planning skills, and a keen eye for design details are keys to the execution of varied responsibilities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The position requires exceptional grace and tact in representing the principals in social interactions on the phone, in person, and in writing.
Key Responsibilities:
- International and domestic travel with principals
- Correspondences for business, investment, philanthropic and social affairs
- Financial management and office administration including bill-pay and expense reimbursements
- Business and social event planning and execution
- Travel planning
- Calendar management
- Staff hiring, supervision and retention
Required qualifications:
- Four-year college degree with distinction
- Outstanding communications skills including writing and editing
- Superior leadership qualities and successful management experience
- Calm and professional demeanor
- Strong work ethic, discrete, ambitious, a life-long learner
- Expert with PC hardware and software including MS Office, Quicken, and Photoshop
