Growing Financial District Law Firm seeks an intermediate level Technician and Applications Support Trainer requiring comprehensive knowledge of PC hardware installation, repair, testing, and troubleshooting coupled with the ability to provide one-on-one and classroom instructions to support the Firm's software and assess user computer needs, informing new employees about standard computer procedures. Major problems or repairs are directed to San Diego IT department.
Administers and conducts microcomputer training in specialize software applications; typically requires 1-2 years of microcomputer/software experience. Good working knowledge of XP with at least some concept of Active Directory and server functionality. Some knowledge of cabling or a willingness to learn would be a plus.
