Part-time leasing agent wanted for two apartment complexes in San Jose West totalling 90 apartments. The leasing agent will be responsible for all aspects of the leasing process including marketing, showing apartments, processing applications, completing move-in packets, completing the move-in process, updating tenant databases and other projects as directed by the property manager.
Compensation: Salary or a rent credit towards one of our apartments plus participation in a shared commission program.
Location: Saratoga Grove Apartments and Plantation Apartments 4040 Williams Rd., San Jose and 1125 Ranchero Way, San Jose
Hours: This is a part-time position. the leasing agent will work Saturday, Sunday and a half-day on Monday, totaling 20 hours per week.
Successful candidates will have prior leasing experience, stellar customer service skills, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, be computer literate and thrive in a fast-paced office environment. Knowledge of Yardi and bi-lingual English/Spanish desired, but not a requirement.
