Primary Responsibilities:
Receive and directs visitors, employment applicants, salespersons and customers to appropriate locations and parties. Operate a multiple position telephone system. Maintains a visitors’ log and issues badges when necessary. Notify personnel of visitor arrival. Perform related clerical work such as word processing. Use company intranet, paging and other computer-based systems. Additional duties include filing, sorting, mail distribution and completing special clerical projects.
• Build confidence with customers to create a best-in-class impression both in competence and professional image and demeanor.
• Ability to quickly direct calls of key departments and people by memory (100 people/department extensions).
• Ability to handle large call flow and visitor traffic with ease.
• Deep understanding of all Omnicell locations and departments. Able to route complex questions to right parties on first attempt.
• Maintain high level of productivity during all hours of work and be on time for all shifts.
• Excellent computer skills to relieve administrative duties of various departments. Computer program experience should include Word, Excel, internet and email applications.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Superior attention to detail, problem solving and follow up skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
