Hi. My name is Debbie McAfee, and I am a research coordinator for Infoco, a
market research company.
We are currently putting together an onsite usability study in San Francisco
about a new automated, speech-enabled technical support service for the
internet. The 1:1 interview will occur on Monday, Mar 20 and Tuesday, Mar
21 during the day and will last for approximately 1 hour and we are
offering $75 to thank you for your time and input.
As always, this is strictly for market research purposes and no sales
attempt will be made now or in the future as a result of your participation.
We are looking for women and men between the ages of 35-65 to participate.
