| Superstar Production Artist with Packaging Experience Wanted!
2-3 Month Contract, 40 hours, Monday-Friday Onsite!
One of our clients, a well known retailer located in San Francisco, is seeking a Packaging Production Artist to assist the packaging team during their busy season. You will be working with packaging designers, doing the production on both a whole line of products as well as individual ones. This is a great opportunity for experienced packaging production artists to work at a well known company and gain valuable skills.
Selected Job Duties:
- Packaging production for boxes and labels (perhaps more) and working with different types of printing.
- Building out design provided by designer.
- Production on both one of and an entire line of products.
- Proofing of your work and ownership of the final mechanicals.
Requirements:
- Expert at Illustrator. Highly skilled in Photoshop. Proficient in Quark.
- Currently use Mac and OSX.
- Ability to multitask. You will be handling approximately 6 projects at a time.
- Pleasant personality and the ability to take direction and feedback. Must be able to handle high pressure environment.
- Experience proofing your own work. You will be responsible for the final mechanicals.
- Must have portfolio with packaging samples (must have more than CD/DVD cases).
