Strategic Recruiting Objectives 2006
We need part time bookkeepers all around the Bay Area to join our current staff of part time bookkeepers.
Background
Financial Results, Inc. “The Small Business Accounting Experts” is now in our 10th year is a company of Part Time Bookkeepers scattered throughout the Bay Area. Our strategic objective is to grow from 50 staff to 75 part time bookkeepers that view Financial Results, Inc. as their company. In addition to providing quality full charge bookkeeping solutions to our clients, we emphasis finding job opportunities for a staff close to where they live. We specifically do not want our staff commuting very far from home so 10 to 20 minutes is a maximum targeted commute. Outside this range we would prefer to recruit another closer staff member.
Because of this vision, we have a need to add 50 to 100 more bookkeeper staff members. To accomplish this we will be recruiting for several months from all over the Bay Area.
Territories or Sectors
We have broken down the Bay Area into hundreds of sectors from 1-1000. Like a grid over the Bay Area we want staffs that live in or near all sectors. In this manner, when a part time client opportunity arises a local staff member can represent our company in their area without commuting far from home.
Recruiting Criteria
1. Staff that want to work only part time 10-30 hours per week but want flexibility.
2. Staff that are available during normal Monday through Friday business hours.
3. Staff that do not already have a full time job already.
4. Staff willing become a permanent employee for Financial Results, Inc. and represent their company in all future employment opportunities that arise in their territory or sectors.
5. Willing to learn our in-house “Turn Key Approach” to organizing and running any bookkeeping desk. Which simply put is to create a “Task List”, “Reminders List”, “Outline of Each Task” and “Checking Off Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Tasks all Tasks” have been completed.

Financial Results, Inc. has developed custom tools and a systems approach that can organize, streamline and create structure for efficient repeated execution of most any reoccurring activity or task. The process is straight forward and is easy to emulate using our custom tools. The process is called "Accounting and Administration Made Easy" and involves five steps (reference "Assessment Icon on Short Cuts Bar on the Home Page" for a visional diagram of five-step process.): 1. Identify Key Activities, 2. List Tasks by Person/Desk, 3. Outline How Task is Completed, 4. Train and Support Task Completion (Make sure office structure, task flow and computer software are set-up to allow efficient execution of tasks), 5. Monitor Completion of Tasks.
