RESPONSIBILITIES: Project manage Talent Management and Knowledge sharing programs within Visa. Assist with strategies for retention and employee engagement. Assist with facilitating succession planning/talent review process. Work with Human Resources generalists to roll-out OD related initiatives. Lead sub-committees on identified corporate HR initiatives that align with Visa`s short and long term goals. Consult with managers to identify appropriate internal or external training and development opportunities or recommend other solutions. Design, implement and analyze training and executive development needs across business lines. Design courseware and curricula that address executive development largely through working with vendors and external consultants and deliver instructor led programs. Ability to manage training and development projects that involve an entire curriculum of courses in the areas of executive development.
Instructor/Facilitator/Developer for classroom training on HR or organization priorities topics. Secondary job responsibilities: Support Management and Professional curriculum by designing, developing courseware as needed. Provide operational management support for assigned responsibilities. Participate in various projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS: Advance degree recommended in the HR field with 7-10 years in a corporate training and development environment; an emphasis in OD. Experienced in managing large and complex initiatives and curricula projects. Knowledge in the areas of: executive development, competency modeling, succession planning, knowledge transfer, change management, team building, staff development, leadership, coaching and organization design and facilitation. Experienced with working with multi-faceted company staff in groups of 25-1000 staff size. Demonstrated track record in designing, developing and delivering courseware. Knowledge of best practices in the areas of organization and leadership development. High degree of proficiency in MS Office Products (i.e. MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project, etc). Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills. Ability to work with all levels of an organization.
