| The CONTRACT Senior Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of large-scale client engagements and/or multiple smaller engagements for a single client. Senior Contributors are often the primary client contact as well as the Organic team leader, which requires the ability to effectively balance longer-term strategic issues with day-to-day tactical project issues. The Senior Contributor, Engagement Management has direct accountability to the Engagement Leader, who has overall responsibility for the client.
Responsibilities include managing delivery team members, developing and managing project/program schedules, scope and budgets (including project P&Ls), managing resource allocation and utilization, identifying and mitigating project/program risks, and providing thought leadership and direction for clients.
Skills / Qualifications:
- Experience with advertising development
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills (able to lead client meetings with senior personnel; able to create and deliver persuasive presentations, etc.)
- Able to effectively lead and motivate large multi-disciplinary project teams
- Able to effectively manage project/programme P&L (which requires a comprehensive understanding of financial and operational metrics and levers)
- Able to manage multiple projects as one cohesive client programme; creating efficiencies and economies for both client and Organic
- Able to effectively balance client's needs and priorities with Organic's needs and priorities; able to influence client decisions
- Able to identify additional revenue opportunities
- Strong project management skills and experience, including:
- Budget/schedule development and management/oversight
- Resource management and forecasting
- Task and delivery management
- Risk identification and management
- Leadership, teambuilding, and team management
- Demonstrated ability to apply concepts in strategy, marketing, advertising, e-business, media, and brand management
- Experience managing people, tasks, and clients in a matrix environment
- Experience with process definition and improvement highly desired
- Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role in an agency, web development firm, strategy consulting firm; or equivalent transferable client-side experience
- Vertical industry experience in entertainment preferred
- PMI certification a plus
- Bachelor's degree required

- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Basic HTML a plus
Working knowledge/familiarity with:
- Media planning
- Analytics
- Email marketing
- Ad serving software/technology
