As a result of major growth, our South San Francisco Branch is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor for our team of CSR's.
Primary Responsibilites will include:
- Recruiting, training and managing current & future CSR's
- Routing & Scheduling of jobs to ensure maximum efficiency
- CSR Scheduling
- Supervise our Truck Repair & Maintenance System
- Provide Customer Service Support
- Manages expenses to be in line with Periodic & Annual budget

Candidates MUST be bondable. ( We will perform a background security check )
Candidates MUST consent to a pre-hire drug screen.
Candidates MUST be dedicated, responsible and reliable.
Candidates MUST have the ability to interact with all levels of clients and management.
Candidates with previous route management experience are preferred but not necessary to be considered.
