Hourly position: $14 per hour, full-time
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our fast-growing company. The Operations Assistant will be responsible for accurate input and support of our sales orders for our customers. This is a great opportunity for a friendly, energetic individual to join our team, and there is much room for growth as our business continues to flourish.
The best candidate will have:
•High levels of organization and attention to detail.
•The ability to quickly gain an understanding of our sales order process and prioritize tasks accordingly.
•An excellent phone demeanor, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.
•Proficient typing and computer-based skills, with a focus on MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
•At least 1-2 years work experience in an office environment.
•An optimistic attitude and a high level of flexibility.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
•Order entry and tracking.
•Speaking to our customers and sales reps on the phone.
•Responding to inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, fax and/or email.
•Commitment to doing what is best for each customer, every day.
•Various ad hoc projects as needed.
