Online Marketing Manager
GuardianEdge Technologies is currently seeking a results-driven Online Marketing Manager (OMM) to over achieve at managing our online marketing function. The IMM will be a proven online marketeer with a documented track record of driving new leads, optimizing spend, improving brand awareness and dramatically increasing sales. We seek a team member who is successful at collaborating cross functionally to drive towards the common goal of revenue over achievement. The ideal candidate will be able to think strategically and desires to roll up their sleeves to execute successfully. This position reports to the VP Marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and execute successful online marketing campaigns that drive leads, queries and sales, utilizing a variety of direct response tactics.

Collaborate with the marketing department and product teams to drive creative development throughout the campaign lifecycle.

Be responsible for all aspects of search engine optimization strategy and implementation
-
Manage Search Engine Optimization vendor.
-
Set-up and report on overall SEO program success with regard to URL ranking changes, traffic changes, etc.

Identify and implement improvements to the GuardianEdge website that result in higher natural search listings.

Develop and manage online advertising programs (including keywords).
-
Develop and manage a successful affiliate marketing program.
-
Generate awareness across various online communities including forums and discussion groups.

Execute on opt-in email campaigns targeting corporate security buyers.

Manage email communications within existing customer base.

Forward web queries to proper sales team members.

Provide in-depth analysis on marketing campaign performance and optimize/grow results based on learning; metrics will be reviewed daily and the OMM will present their analysis and findings monthly to their management.

Directly contribute to, and have a thorough understanding of, the company's goals and metrics (revenue, cost, profit, margin) through management and optimization of assigned sites/campaigns.
REQUIREMENTS:

5+ years of successful online marketing, lead generation, search engine optimization, affiliate programs and search engine marketing experience.

Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or equivalent of experience and training.

Experience with web analytic tool such as WebTrends.

Analytics and ROI driven.

Experience with web analytic tool such as WebTrends.

Online Marketing experience; Hands-on experience with online marketing campaigns, download and campaign deployment and tracking of campaign performance.

Understanding of website and online advertising metrics, including a track record of success (revenue contribution) in a quantifiable business environment.

Marketing Analytics experience; Experience with analysis of marketing metrics, quantitative evaluations of planned and completed marketing efforts, establishing media test methodologies, and analyzing test results experience in quantitative analysis, online marketing, and/or direct marketing experience required

Website Analytics experience; Managing the design or build of web technology with a focus on website analytics: page views, click-thru, downloads, and managing or opt-ins and other web-related metric tracking.

Experience tracking with lead generation or opt-in activities.

Detail oriented person with high sense of accountability and integrity.
