APEX Property Management is a growing property management company. We specialize in managing apartment complexes. We are currently looking for a resident manager for Robin Lane Apartments 1828 Robin Lane, Concord, CA, 94520. This is not designed to be a full time position; it is designed to be a great way to reduce your rent, while making an immediate difference in your community!
Qualifications -
- Must live on-site (1 or 2 bedroom models available)
- Organized
- Personable, strong people and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Problem solving abilities
Duties -
-Keeping property clean and free of garbage at all times
-Collecting rents, making deposits and serving notices
-Coordinating with property supervisor for turn-overs, maintenance requests, etc.
-Interacting with tenants to solve problems (i.e. parking, noise complaints, etc.)
Compensation -
- Resident Manager will receive ½ month’s rent credit for a base salary (approximately $400-$500/month).
- Additional monetary compensation can be earned through assisting with the leasing process (including showing available units, answering phone calls, etc.) and/or part time maintenance (maintenance experience required).
