We are seeking a Lead Carpenter to run projects from 75,000 to $750,000 on time and on budget.

produce work in Marin, San Francisco, and East Bay counties. Our company is founded on commitment to excellence, complete customer satisfaction, and the best
design and craftsmanship. Candidates should be able to manage all aspects
of field production including:
• Supervising and evaluating field crew
• Bags-on Project management
• Managing subcontractors
• Estimating
• Customer care
• Excellent communication and organizational skills a must
• Minimum 8 years experience in all phases of carpentry and residential
construction
