GenPlay Games is hiring an Office Manager. GenPlay publishes and develops premium mobile games for casual game players. Some of the games GenPlay has developed and/or published are T-Mac Streetball, Optimal VideoPoker, PAC-MAN Bowling, Stack’um and Pool Pro Online. More information is available at www.GenPlay.com.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Bookkeeping using Quickbooks (Accrual Basis)
- Payroll processing using ADP
- Human Resource administration
- Other basic office administration duties
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior experience as an office manager required
- Prior experience using Quickbooks required
- Prior experience with bookkeeping using accrual basis required
- Prior experience with Human Resource administration required
- Knowledge and understanding of employment laws and regulations required
- Experience with office networking a plus
- Experience with marketing materials a plus
- Strong communication skills, high integrity and team-oriented personality required
- Familiarity with video games is desired
ADDITIONAL INFO:
This position would initially be as a full time contractor without benefits. After 3 months, there is the potential to become an employee with full benefits.
