WORK EXPERIENCE:
PAX A Divison of Merrill Lynch Professional 1998 – 11/2005 San Francisco, CA Assistant Vice President/Branch Manager. I was responsible for the daily operation of an equity stock and options clearing firm on the Pacific Exchange. I oversaw all aspects of the trading floor operation, stock execution and option clearance. As well as manage the upstairs office. Oversaw and manage the implementation of a national accounting system (Oracle) in the San Francisco office and 3 new trading systems (ECN's). I have overseen the implementation and manage the proprietary stock execution system and the risk based handheld system that provides live market feed. I also opened a trade update/risk booth on the trading floor for our traders daily updates. Interview all potential new clients and process all documentation related to financials and membership with the Pacific Exchange, INC. Served as Chair Person of the Membership Committee of the Pacific Exchange, INC.

Kessler Asher Clearing Group 1995 - 1998 San Francisco, CA Manager. Responsible for the daily operations of the stock options clearing company on the trading floor. Implemented and managed a risk system that supplied traders with up to date position and theoretical during trading hours. Liaison between Chicago and San Francisco Offices with direct daily communication with the clearing members. Maintain and manage (off-floor) office – Human Resources, Purchasing, Accounts Payable/Receivable. Personnel - Managed, hired, and disciplined all employees. Oversaw all membership paperwork. Participated in the smooth transaction of the merger of an independent clearing organization to a division of First Options of Chicago in the San Francisco office for our clearing members.

Campus Life / EBYFC 1991 - 1994 Concord, CA Office Manager.
Responsible for the management of a non-profit organization. Managed 7 Full-time staff, 3 part-time and 25 volunteers. Responsible for Human Resources, payroll, accounts payable and receivable. Donor correspondence and maintained all financial records. Served as a member of the Board of Directors.

Prior to 1983 I worked for 3 other entities on the Options trading floor of the Pacific Exchange. My positions ranged from trade clearance, wire operator, options phone clerk and a floor broker. I have been in the securities industry since 1978.
