  • Responsible of managing Pipeline with over 100 loans for Account Executives.
  • Provide strong communication and support to underwriting, loan officers and customers to clear stipulations needed for mortgage loan files
  • to ensure a quick turnaround time.
  • Responsible for all duties include review and submission of loan packages, collect funding and underwriting conditions, troubleshooting files, etc.

  • Managing a pipeline Reviewing and evaluating loan documentation for its completeness and accuracy
  • Communicate the status of loan applications to all appropriate parties, including brokers, loan origination personnel, escrow holders, underwriters, funders and the like.
