clear stipulations needed for mortgage loan files

duties include review and submission of loan packages, collect funding and
underwriting conditions, troubleshooting files, etc.

Reviewing and evaluating loan documentation for its completeness and

of loan applications to all appropriate parties, including brokers, loan
origination personnel, escrow holders, underwriters, funders and the like.
