Small technology firm in San Jose (close to San Jose Airport) looking for an Office Administrator/Administrative assitant to perform the following functions:
- Front office reception (light)
- Answer phone (light)
- Incoming and outgoing mail handling
- Outgoing email
- Filing
- Managing contact lists
- Printing labels, outgoing mailings
- Occasional out of office errands
- Ordering supplies
Requirements:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Knowledge of Quickbooks a plus
- Bi-lingual in English / Spanish a plus
Location: San Jose, CA (101 & Airport Parkway)
Timings: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM M-F
