Looking for mature and detail-oriented candidate to be Office Administrator in long established San Francisco womens club with 450 members. Previous Club work experience an advantage
Duties:
Responsible for Reception, telephone system
Manage reservations in various club and guest rooms
Prepare agendas, notices, minutes and correspondence for various Club Committees
Coordinate monthly mailings
Facilitate Club Member requests
Process incoming and outgoing mail
Take reservations for club events, meeting and guest rooms
Liason with Club Manager
Minimum Job Requirements:
Must have excellent communications skills, good work ethic, flexibility and, professional manner
Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, yet be a part of a strong small office team
Must be disciplined to complete work on time and meet deadlines
MS Office Suite, strong Word and newsletter writing capability
Outgoing interpersonal, verbal and written skills
