Description Looking for mature and detail-oriented candidate to be Office Administrator in long established San Francisco womens club with 450 members. Previous Club work experience an advantage

Duties:

•Responsible for Reception, telephone system
• Manage reservations in various club and guest rooms
• Prepare agendas, notices, minutes and correspondence for various Club Committees
• Coordinate monthly mailings
• Facilitate Club Member requests
• Process incoming and outgoing mail
• Take reservations for club events, meeting and guest rooms
• Liason with Club Manager

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Must have excellent communications skills, good work ethic, flexibility and, professional manner
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, yet be a part of a strong small office team
• Must be disciplined to complete work on time and meet deadlines
• MS Office Suite, strong Word and newsletter writing capability
• Outgoing interpersonal, verbal and written skills
• Excellent references
