Hey, I'm new poster on this topic, but I had to jump in. WHAT IN THE HELL DO YOU MEAN TO INVOKE THE "AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT"?!?!? Are you out of your mind?!? An obese person is NOT disabled; they are morally bankrupt, lazy, lacking of self-control, infantile, immature and anal-retentive. A person who lost his leg on the battlefield or in the womb is disabled.
Now that we have that straight, let's move on. WHY SHOULD I, A NORMAL-SIZED PERSON, HAVE TO BE SUBJECTED TO DISCOMFORT IN A SEAT I PAID FOR, JUST TO ALLOW SOME FAT SLOB TO SQUEEZE INTO A SPACE FOR WHICH THEY ARE OUTSIZED? That's absolutely obscene that I should have to suffer to accomodate some f*cking fat ass who doesn't have the sense to (1) buy two seats to fit their fat ass into, or (2) find another mode of transportation.
I hope that ALL airlines all over the world follow Southwest. Maybe that will send a message to fat asses all over the world to LOSE SOME GODDAMNED WEIGHT.
