I pay rent and utilities on time and in full. Private yet personable, quiet yet forthright. Single, female, non-smoking, employed. I have no pets, yet they usually like me and I usually like them. I work nights, volunteer & attend school days. I'm looking to reduce my expenses, would like to pay less than $600 per month.
I am friendly, I could be verbose in this post, yet I prefer to meet people face to face.
