San Francisco based restaurant company that owns and manages two successful, high profile restaurants, (Rose Pistola and Rose’s Café) is in the process of opening a third restaurant called Terzo and looking to hire a Sous Chef to be a part of the opening! The existing restaurants have received high ratings by Chronicle and Zagat. Additionally, the James Beard Foundation awarded Rose Pistola best new restaurant in the United States. As our company grows, we are committed to maintaining each restaurant’s individual identity and uniqueness.
Terzo’s food will hail from the pan-Mediterranean region focusing on bringing the flavors of Portugal, Spain, Morocco, Greece, France, and Italy (the regions of Sicily, Rome and the Italian Riviera), to the Cow Hollow/Pacific Heights neighborhood.
The wine list at Terzo will consist of an ever-changing 60-bottle list ($20 -$120) made up of well-known producers from both the Mediterranean and Californian region, as well as some lesser-known wine makers that produce exciting food-friendly wines. There will also be 33 wines by the glass ($5 - $17) that will match well with the diverse dishes on the menu.
We are seeking applicants who share our passion for travel, self-sustaining agriculture, food & wine and who have a commitment to creating a unique and successful restaurant organization.
Must have at least 2 years experience. Two or more years experience cooking cuisines of the North and or South of the Mediterranean Sea required. Must possses some experience with ordering and cost control.
