I need the front of my building cleaned and pigeon proofed. The building is four stories and each ledge, the fire escape and all horizontal surfaces that are soiled from the pigeons needs to be cleaned. Will require a lift and pressure washing equipment for clean up and installation of spikes and/or netting to prevent the birds from moving back in. If you can email a quote and proposal or leave a message with a general estimate that'd work best. I can also schedule to meet you if that would work better. I am the building manager gathering information to submit to the building owner. This is an issue that we'd like to take care of ASAP.
