| Hello, does anyone have a home or townhouse with a garage that they are looking to rent. We are good tenants and we would be willing to do some work around your home to receive lower rent. Or we can swap houses, we live in San Leandro in a 4bd 2.5 bath w/familyroom, garage, back yard. Complete house. Here is the story. We are a blended family and my husband lives on the boarder of San Ramon/Danville. We are very active in the kids life but we cannot afford to pay high rent. My husband pays lot of money every month for child support and medical insurance so it doesn't leave us with a lot of extra. I work in sales and my money is not a stable income, I also have 3 children of my own and unfortuately did not get involved with a good father like my husband, so I am having to support my children on my own with my husbands help. We are currently spending 5-6 days a week out in the San Ramon area due to the kids playing sports and their activities, the driving back and forth is getting to us. My husband is really handy and can do general construction and used to be an electrician by trade. When I got divorced I sold my home and my family talked me into putting a big addition onto my grandmothers home. So I have paid to build this 1800 sq ft home in san Leandro, put all my money into this and cant get my money out to buy something else. But I can trade homes with someone that might want to live in the area. I made a bad choice. For those of you who have or are divorced with children you know how difficult it is to get back on your feet financially. If you can help us out you will not regret it. We have two girls and a boy full time and we get his children everyother weekend, so we can manage on 3 bedrooms would like four. Thanks for reading and maybe someone can help us out.
