I am looking for one trainer who can help me out loosing 15 to 20 pounds. Im 5'5 and 140lbs. I want someone who can motivate me force me to exercise because Im hell a lazy person, I only think of going to gym but never make it. If I can loose weight and give shape and tone to my body, muscle, I'll be very greatful. In short don't wanna get buffy but wants to see some cuts in my body (arms , abs, chest). You have to come to me to train me or give lessons either from 6-7 or 7-8 (one hour), I have a good gym in my apartment in there you can train me. I am a student and I work too, let me know if you are interested I can offer $25 a session and two in a week($200 a month)If i see changes in my weight and body then I can keep this going. YOU DONT HAVE TO BE A CERTIFIED TRAINER OR BIG SHOT, YOU JUST HAVE TO BE HAVE THE ABILITY TO MAKE ME LEAVE MY COUCH AND MOTIVATE ME TO EXCERCISE.
