This sincerely happy Atherton family has three great kids; eight-year-old Daisy, six-year-old Carl, and a three-month-old baby boy named Camden. They are looking for a smart, flexible Nanny/Family Assistant who can work as a team with this super nice mom and the family's other Nanny. The role of the new Nanny/Family Assistant is to primarily care for the baby since the other Nanny manages the care of the older children. Mom is hands-on so there are times when you are playing “tag team” with her. Since this is a multi-staffed home, a team player with a happy pitch in attitude is the best fit.
The ideal person for this job is someone who is computer literate, (ideally) has a teaching background and can occasionally help the older children with their homework. The family has a full-time Housekeeper, however occasional help with errands and tidying up toys would be much appreciated.
Town & Country Resources has been hired by this family to find a very special Nanny. We have known this family for over seven years, placed nannies with them before and who have stayed for years and say that they are great to work for!
The full-time schedule is 40 hours Monday through Friday, with some flexibility for travel or evening help. $55,000-65,000 (DOE) plus benefits. JOB # 2390
Requirements:
- Professional, recent and long-term experience with children (e.g. direct experience as a regular Babysitter, Nanny, Teacher, etc.)
- Valid Calif. driver's license & good driving record
- Able to work legally in the United States
- Able to make a minimum of a one-year commitment
