Responsibilities:
• This position will be responsible for supporting key accounts around the world
• Communication with customers done via e-mail or fax
• Communication with customers regarding the schedule of various shipments
• Order status tracking
• Order processing and data entry
Requirements for this position:
- A.A. or A.S. degree minimum
- Strong computer skills
- Detail oriented
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Customer service experience
