We are expanding our operations and come across many models in this area that are in need of either creating a portfolio or updating one. We intend to only work with those models that show promise. So this is a win situation for everyone. The models get proper portfolios, we get what we need to market them and the photographer gets steady business. A perfect match!
This is our starting proposal. Every time we take on a new territory, we must first test the area and the photographer. Meaning that the starting pay has the possibilty of increasing if the photographer takes the style of photos that are attractive to our models. So this is considered performance based. We would like to start off like this:
1st Package:
3 looks (None of that cookie cutter generic stuff done in front of a white screen. We need editorial style ad photos)
Around 40 shots per look
All images burned on a Master CD
One to two images per look retouched
Starting rate:$150 / Possible Ending Rate:$300
2nd Package:

MUA (Make Up Artist)
Around 40 shots per look

The models will provide their own clothes. The majority of the models are ethnic with an urban feel.So the vision has to be hip and classy. We will market them as well as your work to clients for music videos, print magazines, film and TV.
