Designed to serve the 8-track studio as an efficient, low noise, true recording console with excellent audio quality. Its inline design is similar to that of the Studio 32, allowing you to send 8 signals to a recorder and monitor 8 channels back from tape without re-patching. It provides 8 input channels for mono sources and 4 stereo inputs for dual-channel devices such as synthesizers, along with 2 stereo groups for sub mixes. 8 hybrid/discrete phantom-powered mic PreAmps let you meet the challenges of 20-bit digital recording. It also features 8 XLR inputs, each with switchable direct output for more complex routing. Its EQ section provides low and high shelving controls, plus sweepable mids. Effects and cue mixes are handled by 4 aux sends, 2 pre-fader and 2 post-fader, along with 2 stereo aux returns. Precise pan controls, solo switches, peak indicators, and logarithmic faders provide precise control of tracking and mixdown.
